Running shouldn’t feel like a chore

We get it — running alone can be boring. Joining a fitness group can feel intimidating. And staying motivated? That’s the hardest part.

If you've ever felt stuck between wanting to move and dreading the way movement feels, you're not alone.

That’s exactly why Run and Rave exists.

We’re Here to Make Fitness Feel Good Again

We’re not a running club.
We’re not about competition, finish times, or fitness levels.

We’re about glow sticks, loud music, friendly faces, and the kind of 5K that leaves you smiling, not suffering.

Run and Rave was created for people like you – those who want connection, energy, and joy without pressure or judgment.

Hi, I’m Grace – Founder of Run and Rave

As a fitness coach and lifelong movement lover, I started Run and Rave because I was tired of seeing people fall out of love with exercise.
I’ve coached hundreds of people, and the pattern was always the same: motivation drops, boredom kicks in, and people quit because it just stopped feeling good.

I knew there had to be another way.
One night, I thought – what if we made running feel like a party?

That first glow-stick-lit run turned into something powerful. People laughed. They danced. They reconnected with movement in a way they hadn’t in years.

And so, Run and Rave was born.

What We Believe

We believe in:

  • Joyful movement – fitness doesn’t have to hurt to work
  • Real community – no cliques, no competition, just connection
  • Come-as-you-are energy – all vibes welcome, no perfection required

You don’t need to be fast. You don’t need to know anyone.
You just need to show up.

Why It Works

Our events blend:

  • A 5K jog with built-in walk breaks
  • A mid-run rave stop (yes, really)
  • Music, lights, and laughter
  • A community that cheers for you, not compares

It’s simple, feel-good movement designed to get you going – and keep you coming back.
