How much does it cost?
Prices vary by location but are always affordable. Think of it as a ticket to the most uplifting workout you’ll ever attend, and the best value for your mental and physical health.

Do I have to be fit to join?
You need to be able to jog 5K in around 33–35 minutes. Walk breaks are included, and no one gets left behind.

What if I miss a session?
Each event is stand-alone, so there’s no penalty. Just book your next one when you're ready.

What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, running shoes, and your best high-energy vibes. We provide the glow sticks and music.

Can beginners join?
Absolutely. As long as you can complete a 5K jog (with breaks), you’ll be fine. Many of our attendees are first-timers or returning to fitness.
